 ***Please note that during the holiday season, items may take up to 72 hours to ship. We do apologize for any inconvenience***

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 1 business day to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PT will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PT on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the courier.

If you require add-on shipping services such as a "Signature Required" please make sure to select the appropriate option at checkout. If there is no one available please contact us before placing your order.

Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither us, nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise it is ineligible for any insurance or refund claims.
