After your payment is verified, it may take up to 1 business day to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PT will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PT on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the courier.

If you require add-on shipping services such as a "Signature Required" please make sure to select the appropriate option at checkout. If there is no one available please contact us before placing your order.

Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither us, nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise it is ineligible for any insurance or refund claims.

We are not responsible for shipping costs when returning items.

Once the goods are shipped, if a refund is required, the buyer needs to bear the shipping costs incurred

Any brand-new product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We offer easy returns for all domestic orders for items placed on mclarowatch.com.

For warranty claims or parts replacement, please contact us at 15267090574@163.com with your order number and photos/videos to show the damage and for a faster resolution. Only one warranty claim is allowed for each item.

How To Make A Return

To start your return, please locate your order number. Once you have printed your return label, attach the label to your return package. If possible, use the same shipping materials that your order came in. Remove any previous labels and securely tape the new shipping label onto your package. Drop off your package at any facility designated by the carrier on your label.

A few things to remember:

• Please make sure you are only returning items that your return label has listed. Any additional item/s may not be processed properly if there is no return requested for it.
• Please choose the appropriate reason for return from the dropdown, this ensures that your return is processed accordingly.
• Please allow up to 10 business days from the day the item is delivered in our warehouse to be processed.
• Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment.

The warranty covers defective watches from the date of shipment. Should the watch stop working on its own, we will make you a new one. Simply contact us here, and we'll walk you through the process.

We are not responsible for any accidental damage to the watch. An investigation will be made by our watchmaker before repairs. We will refund warranty-related shipping fees to the customer after we have clarified that the problem with your watch falls under warranty. Please also note that all return and warranty packages remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We, therefore, advise you to take the necessary precautions to ship your watch safely by using registered traceable services and appropriate packaging for all watch shipments.
